My longterm professional experience comes from counselling for different types of psychological problems such as:

  • stress, burn-out, depression
  • overchallenging private or professional situations
  • mood-swings
  • low selfesteem
  • conflicts in relationships with partners, friends or family members
  • separation or divorce
  • problems of communication in a binational or interreligious partnership
  • difficulties rising as a result of being a highly sensitive and/or specially gifted individual

Using different psychological interventions of the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, the best proofed in the field, the therapeutical process has the chance to be efficient. The focus of my work is on assisting the client to help himself/herself. It is the way to increase self-efficacy which permits a longlasting therapeutical effect and prevents from relaps.
